Lobster Salad Panini
Ingredients
- 1 cup lobster meat
- 2 tsp shallot
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 tsp Tarragon
- lemon juice
- Salt
- 1 baguette
Instructions
- Mix lobster meat, shallot, melted butter, tarragon, lemon juice and salt
- Hollow out a split piece of baguette
- Fill with the lobster salad
- Brush the outside with butter
- Press and cook until golden
