Confused Chip Cookies

This recipe came about because I could not pick what kind of cookie I wanted to make so came up with this one.

Ingredients

½ cup Shortening
½ cup Butter softened
1 cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Sugar
½ tsp Baking Soda
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2½ cup Flour
½ cup Chocolate Chips
½ cup Butterscotch Chips
½ cup White Chocolate Chips
¼ cup Peanut Butter Chips
¼ cup Mint Chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 In large bowl beat shortening and butter with electric mixer for 30 sec
Add brown sugar, sugar, and baking soda, beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl
Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined
Beat in as much flour as you can with mixer, stir in any remaining flour
Stir in chips (whatever mix of chips you want to use)
Bake 8-10 min until lightly brown
