Confused Chip Cookies

This recipe came about because I could not pick what kind of cookie I wanted to make so came up with this one.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Shortening
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2½ cup Flour
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Butterscotch Chips
  • ½ cup White Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter Chips
  • ¼ cup Mint Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 In large bowl beat shortening and butter with electric mixer for 30 sec
  • Add brown sugar, sugar, and baking soda, beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined
  • Beat in as much flour as you can with mixer, stir in any remaining flour
  • Stir in chips (whatever mix of chips you want to use)
  • Bake 8-10 min until lightly brown
