Bacon and Egg Pizza
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb Dough
- 6 slices Bacon
- 4 Eggs
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Baby Greens
Instructions
- Stretch dough into four 6-inch rounds
- Top with bacon
- Bake until crisp
- Crack an egg onto each crust and top with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Bake until the eggs set
- Top with baby greens
