So I’ve decided to join Tupperware, what kind of training and support will I get:

Something important to know is the kind of training and support you will get as a consultant. Although I am newer to Tupperware I have been in direct sales for over 4 years now and am very patient and know that everyone learns at their own speed. I am very resourceful and supportive and want to see you succeed, my Director is great and if she does not know an answer she knows where to get one and help you learn what your resources are as well. Our big team has a google file with images, scripts, training and much more to help you out. Everyone on our team wants you to succeed and reach your goals … whatever they are, no matter how big or small. Tupperware itself also offers great training and resources for their consultants to use, they work hard to adapt to the changing world around us and make sure we are supported while doing that.
